What? Again?!

Yesterday, I was halfway out the door of the house, on my way to look something like a uncomfortable new transvestite in my dance class, when I noticed I had some mail.

Namely, the following letter:





My first reaction was "Goddamn it! What the fuck did I do?!"

The problem was that there could be so many things! Someone could have taken offense at a Twitter message or... well, who knows...

Given that there was little information about who sent it or what I did specifically, I realized momentarily that it must be a joke.

To be sure, first I Googled the "advocates". No cigar.

Then I reverse looked up the phone number given. As I typed it, it became crystal clear that this was a prank...

I wracked my brain to figure out who could have sent it... The problem was that I know many deranged people - several of whom work in the legal field (a scary combination)...

Finally it dawned on me. My old roommate, a very close friend... Just her style.
Un-freakin'-real.

So, be frightened. Be very frightened... There are more sick people like me in the world...
